At Miss You Pets, we understand that every item you order carries deep emotional weight and serves as a sacred connection to your beloved pet. Because of the spiritual and deeply personal nature of our memorial items and spirit money, all sales are final. We do not accept physical returns, as we believe these sacred items should not be subjected to the commercial return shipping process once they have been dedicated to your pet’s memory.
2. Damage or Issues Upon Arrival
We carefully prepare every package with respect and love. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective during transit, please do not worry about packing them up and shipping them back to us. We do not want to add any stress to your grieving process. Simply email us at [q956587396@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your package, including a photo of the damaged item. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you, or process a full refund—whichever brings you more peace of mind. We gently ask that you dispose of the damaged item respectfully on your own terms.
3. Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure your memorial items reach you when you need them most. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
